kakuro solution lost?

Hi,

can anyone tell me what happened to my submission for puzzle 11 (kakuro)? My result form shows it as non-submitted. I did submit it though, and it should have been on time. (There was some strangeness with the form, for it submitted successfully, but then the form showed a code that was missing the last digit, so I submitted a second time...)
