Fuzzy arrows sudoku round 3

Hi everybody,

I've solved the fuzzy arrows sudoku. On a line I find 3 1. But in the rules, the number placed in a cell with a circle must be the sum of the numbers placed in cells adjoining arrow passes through. Nonetheless the sum is the result of an addition of at least 2 numbers. So this disposition is not possible.
