problem with answer form

The labels for 6th puzzle are not in order. Is it a typo, or a swap of text entry fields? Which key corresponds to which field?

I have fixed that problem and if someone sent those answers in wrong order then we'll switch those answers in DB. So players won't realize any impact of it.
Sorry for that small mistake.
