Puzzle GP1 - Available points

The IB for the first round indicated that the total points available for the Competitive section was 800 points, but the puzzles actually totaled to 697 points. I wanted to raise this as a (potential?) issue, since according to the rules page there is no normalization of scores across rounds.

The 1st page of the IB had some old values, when the sum was 800 points, and wasn't corrected. That was a mistake. Page 4 of the IB says correctly that there are 697 points in the Competitive section. You are correct that according to the rules page there is no normalization.
