I have sent the answer of Sudoku number

but the system accepted for only one answer (number 10).

What's the problem?

Dear pwmjhq,

we have your submissions and in time limit you have submitted puzzles 1-8 and 12.

But as I can see it, we can disqualify you because you don't have in your profile name and surname.
